Manage your profile
Open your profile in the app to change your name, username or photo, turn off exact username lookup, or reset your profile link and code. In Friends, you can decline requests and remove account connections. Disabling lookup does not remove existing friendships or revoke a profile code; reset the code separately when needed.
Delete your account
In the BoardNight app, open Settings, then Account Data, and choose Delete Account. This removes your account and the data BoardNight's server holds for it. Your games and game nights on your devices and in iCloud are not affected.
Requests
Send privacy access, correction, or portability requests, or a deletion request if you can no longer use the app, through the support page. Include the Apple account email you use for BoardNight when you want us to locate server-side records.
Analytics
Apple device analytics controls remain available in iOS Settings. BoardNight uses privacy-minimal operational events for security and reliability rather than custom third-party product analytics.
